GENERAL CONDICIONS AND INFORMATION PARTICULAR OF CASTILLO DE LAYOS S.L.


INFORMATION

Our office in Madrid will inform you about all the details of each course.

REGISTRATION AND METHOD OF PAYMENT

If you would like to know if there are places left, please call to the office. We will send you a reservation form and a Medical Information Form. The reservation is completed when you transferred the first 50% of the price of the course and sent the mentioned forms to the office.
The payment can be done by check, bank transference or cash. The check can be sent by post. The bank account data we will give you when reserving the place. The cash payment should be made in our office in Madrid, please request an appointment.

No reservations will be completed without the payment and the reservation and medical information forms.

REMAINING PAYMENT

If 8 weeks before the beginning of the course you haven’t paid the remaining part of the price of the course yet, we will send you a payment notice with the remaining amount. You will be able to make the payment with the most convenient method for you.

CANCELLATION OF THE COURSES

All the cancellations have to be communicated in a written form, with a certificated mail, by fax or by e-mail.

Cancellations in less than 60 days from the starting date of the camp:

*we will pay back the whole paid amount excluding 50€ that will cover the costs of the inscription process.


Cancellations between 41 and 59 days before the starting date of the camp:

* we will withhold 300€ as inscription process cost.

Cancellations between 15 and 40 days before the starting date of the camp:

* we will withhold the total of the deposit (50% of total costs)

Cancellations between 14 and starting date of the camp or later:

* will suppose the lost of the 100% course price.


PRACTICAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE COURSES
Once you made the reservation, we will send you the relevant information: recommended clothes, accessories, departure time, and transport.

INCLUDED
Full-pension accommodation with an afternoon snack, all the activities except for the optional ones of each course, accident insurance, daily laundry, transport from Madrid, transfers and excursions in a school bus, 1 instructor for each 4 children younger than 10 years, 1 instructor for every 8 children who are older than 10 years.

NOT INCLUDED

Obligatory uniform, transfers from the airport or station and tutorship for the travel, except in the Sotogrande camp; fee for companion for minors on flights, pocket money, money for the telephone. Insurance for illness.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

1 The father, mother or tutor allows the student to participate in the activities of the course and the trips and/or excursions that are realized during the program, as in the transfers from the airport or station by private transport.

2 Castillo de Layos S.L. reserves the right to cancel the reservation of the course if we didn’t receive it’s the payment in the indicated period. The the father, mother or tutor looses the price of the reservation or deposit of the course.

3 In the case if the student needs a medical treatment or needs to go to the hospital or an intervention without we could localize the father, mother or tutor, the direction of the curse is authorized to take the necessary measures that they consider appropriate after consulting the health-care personal. The parents are responsible for the expenses of the illness (not the accidents). The students have to have with them a photocopy of their Social Security Card or private insurance that they belong to.

The parents also authorize to transfer the student from the health center by the camp’s private transport.

4 Castillo de Layos S.L. reserves the right to cancel a course in the case if we don’t arrive to have the minimum number of students for the program. In this case the whole amount of the deposited quantity will be paid back.

5 In the case if the student lacks of discipline or misbehaves, he will be warned and if he persists in the attitude, by the direction’s decision, he will be sent home. The caused costs by this motive will have to pay the student or his parents or tutors. The expulsion for behavioral reasons will suppose the lost of all the paid amounts under any concept.

6 Castillo de Layos S.L. acts only as an intermediary of the transport companies we subcontract, so we can’t take responsibility for delays, accidents or baggage loss.

7 Castillo de Layos S.L. would like if all the kids would be able to finish the course and makes all the effort together with all the members with its team. If the child decides alone in consent with his parents or tutors and against the opinion of the direction of the program to abandon the course, it will suppose the lost of all the paid amounts under any concept.

8 The use of mobile phones is permitted in a schedule decided by the direction of the center, from 19h00 to 20h00.

9 For the interpretation and/or performance of the present contract the parties submit themselves to the courts of Madrid.

10 In the case you don’t agree that your child can appear on the advertisements of the camp, please contact the office.
